Core Talent Acquisition Strategy (CTAS) Program
Core Talent Acquisition Strategy (CTAS) is an innovative program for high-potential college graduates entering the workforce. Candidates demonstrate strong academic performance, interpersonal skills, and leadership potential. The CTAS program is also open to graduate students and select professionals.
Successful candidates are placed in a rigorous professional development program within the industry most appropriate for their academic, work experience, and overall career objectives. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are armed with the skills and experience to compete in the world's most challenging work environments. Candidates from Computer Science, Design, Engineering, and Business backgrounds are encouraged to apply for future program opportunities.
